Browse our catalog of 31 Cavco-built floor plans across the Value, Landmark, and Bravo series. Filter by bedrooms, bathrooms, and budget. Most buyers know within 10 minutes which plan fits.

Customize it
Once you've picked a plan, you choose the finishes — cabinets, countertops, flooring, exterior color, appliance upgrades. Our team walks you through every option so the home shows up the way you pictured it.

Submit a quote request and we'll send you a detailed breakdown as soon as we can — home price, delivery, site prep, and taxes all in one document. No surprise costs on delivery day.

Sort out financing
Most of our buyers finance through a lender who specializes in manufactured home loans. We’ll connect you with trusted partners who know this market — or bring your own lender, whatever works. This step runs parallel to customizing and quoting, not after.

Order your home
Once financing is approved and the quote is accepted, we place the order with Cavco. Build times run 4–10 weeks depending on series and season. We'll send you photos from the factory floor as it comes together.

Delivery day
We handle delivery and setup from our lot in Deville, Louisiana to your site anywhere in the United States. Site prep, transport, set, tie-down, and skirting — all coordinated through us.
