We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, bank account numbers, or credit card numbers through our Site. If financing is involved in your purchase, lenders we refer you to will collect that information directly through their own secure processes governed by their own privacy policies.

  • Cavco Industries: When you decide to purchase a home, we share the necessary information with Cavco Industries — the manufacturer of every home we sell — to place your order, schedule production, and coordinate delivery.
  • Lending Partners: If you request a referral to one of our trusted lending partners for financing, we may share your name and contact information with them so they can reach out. You are under no obligation to use any lender we refer you to.
  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party vendors to help us operate our Site and business. These currently include:
    • Supabase — database hosting where your quote submissions are stored.
    • Resend — email delivery service used to send notifications to our team when you submit a quote.
    • Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.

    These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
